School Timetables x 2

Description

These pocket-sized school timetables are perfect for a longer-lasting alternative to a paper printout.  As well as being much more endurable, they are also a more convenient size, and with the coloured printing they are clearer to read at a glance.

Available in either a single-sided timetable for when all weeks are the same, or a double-sided version for when timetables vary in alternate weeks. Whichever you order, you will receive 2 identical timetables.

Size

These timetables are approximately 10cm x 7cm in dimension (just below A7), so they will fit nicely into a blazer pocket/pencil tin.

Personalisation

All of the timetables are personalised for your individual child. Just send a photo of the timetable, and we will do the rest.

You have the option to include the registration time, class room, teacher initials and lesson finish times, as well as the subject and start times for each lesson.

Styles

In addition to being single- or double-sided, you also have the option to choose from ‘Sigle Colour’, ‘Full Colour’, ‘Subject Colour’ and ‘Class Colour’. Please view the images to see what these styles look like.

Materials and finishing

The timetables are printed onto heavyweight 300gsm 100% recycled white card.  The printed timetable is coated front and back with clear vinyl.  The vinyl coating helps to give protection against splashes etc, but please note this does not make the timetables completely waterproof.  Vinyl coating is used rather than lamination as the edges are not as sharp, and are therefore less likely to cause cuts. The corners are rounded both for aesthetic purposes and for safety.

Timescales

Timetables do take time to design and make.  They would usually be ready to be sent out within 5-10 working days, however they will be made and on the way to you as soon as possible.  Please note that this timescale might increase slightly in September/October, as the start of any new school year is always going to be a high demand time for school timetables.

Collection and Delivery

You will have the option of selecting collection (from CF3 2NN), 1st class post or 2nd class post for the timetables.

Quantities

Purchasing this item will get you 2 x identical timetables.  To increase to 3 or 4, please just select that when ordering to get the additional copies at a discounted rate.  Most people choose to have 4 (1 for the adult, 1 for the child to keep in their blazer/bag, 1 for the child’s room so they know what to pack each day without removing the timetable from their bag/blazer, 1 spare).

If you are purchasing timetables for more than 1 child, please add separate items to the basket for each child.  A lot of the cost of this item goes into the time taken to personalise the timetable specifically for each child, so unfortunately the timetables ordered here need to be two identical timetables.

Reprints

Although it isn’t normally requested as the timetables would normally last for the whole school year with standard use, if you would like to purchase additional timetables within the same school year and the timetable is identical (or nearly identical) to the original ones made, you are welcome to do so for a discounted price of £5 for 2x single-sides timetables or £6 for 2x double-sided timetables. Please just select ‘Reproduce Existing Timetable’, rather than ‘New Timetable’ when ordering.
